The Gastro Center warehouse in Nordhorn serves four districts and the Dutch Twente region — on working days, on a fixed weekly choreography. Order slip by 16:00 the day before, pallet at the ramp the next day between 06:00 and 12:00. Unbroken cold chain, multi-chamber vehicles, tail lift or hand pallet truck depending on access.
The ramp’s weekly plan. Every tour serves fixed places — no rescheduled tours, no merged tours, no surprise deliveries at 5 pm.
The towns and districts we serve in the standard tour plan. For places outside it, dispatch sends an individual quote — usually an adjacent tour plus a small surcharge is enough.
The fleet that puts the warehouse on the road. Every vehicle is built for a fixed tour layout — chamber size, tail lift and temperature zone match the region.
Temperature-controlled from the manufacturer onwards. Receiving record with temperature, batch, best-before date, visual inspection.
Dry 18 °C / chilled 2–7 °C / frozen –24 °C · climate-controlled, documented, logged every 30 min.
The picking sequence keeps the cooling together. No article leaves its temperature zone on the way to the ramp.
Multi-chamber vehicles with their own refrigeration unit supply. Temperature record per tour, per chamber.
Delivery record with chamber temperature and delivery time · countersigned by the recipient.
IFS Logistics “Higher Level” · temperature-monitored ramps · audit record on request.
Lunch trade from 11 am? Evening service from 5 pm? We adapt arrival and ramp time to your rota — no delivery while the kitchen is in full swing.
